Caseload Hub · snapshot of the v2 dev site, October 21, 2026 (after the landmarks pass and the "How counts work" rebuild)

These are the real pages from the dev server, saved with their styles and charts.
Every name, SEIS ID and count is synthetic. The pages link to each other.
Anything that needs the server is switched off and tells you so when you try it.
The SLPA and Rover toggles, report filters and CSV export, uploading, search, filters
and sorting on the SLP list, the other 46 SLP pages, the school detail page, and months
other than June outside My Caseload. Sign out brings you back to this page.
Quirks of the synthetic data
"Since May: 75 students added, 75 left" is the data, not the page. The generator
makes fresh SEIS IDs each month, so no student carries over from one month to the next.
Every school-age student is 14 and every preschool student is 3, because the
generator uses two placeholder birthdates.
"Synthetic (dev)" is a dev-only program counted at 1.125, so it shows up as its own group.
The top bar (October 16)
The sidebar is gone. Every page now sits under a 56px bar: a navy rule, the "Caseload Hub"
wordmark with the district beside it, the links in a row with the current page underlined,
the data stamp, and your name as a menu that holds sign out. On a phone the bar is two rows
and the links scroll sideways. The data stamp is amber here because the synthetic upload is
more than 35 days old, which is the stale rule working. Resize the window to see the bar
shed its extras before it ever stacks.

New since the last snapshot: the three count groups are gone. Students are one flat table (Student, SEIS ID, Program, Weight), in name order, with sortable headers, a find box, and a header row that stays put while you scroll. Names arrive with each upload from now on; a month uploaded before this shows "(missing)". The "75 added" and "75 left" list sits under the total, and the rule sentences moved to Methodology under "Which placements count more".
The "RED" chip and the outreach line sitting in a small caption: both wait for the October 3 rule change (status by adjusted count, orange at weighted 55+), which rewrites the standing band as badges.
The cap basis ("default cap") shows only to managers; an SLP never learns why her cap is 55.
Students who leave the district or change SLP show only as a SEIS ID in older months until that month is re-uploaded.
